Smaller lightweight parcels are generally dispatched via Royal Mail with larger bulkier parcels being dispatched via Parcel Force which require a signature on delivery. A calling card will be left with instructions if you are out. Return Information If you want to exchange a product - Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items as we cannot guarantee having your item in due to fast moving stock. We suggest that you purchase the correct item from our website and return the original order to us. If the item is faulty or damaged from new - If an item arrives faulty or damaged from new we will arrange for the item to be replaced wherever possible. This could involve a courier collecting the faulty item from yourself or you returning the product and getting a replacement delivered.
